CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation Policy: We understand that sometimes appointments need to be canceled or rescheduled. To avoid a cancellation fee of 50% of the booked service, Waves Blow Dry kindly request a 24-hour notice. Same-day cancellations or no-shows will result in a 100% cancellation fee, which is the full charge of the service. This policy also applies to Blow Dry packages. Waves offers a 10-minute grace period. Due to the short duration of our appointments, clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may be marked as a no-show. In such cases, the full service fee will be charged. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping maintain our schedule and provide the best service possible. Refund/Redo Policy: At Waves Blow Dry Bar, we take pride in delivering high-quality services and ensuring our clients leave feeling confident and satisfied. Because of the time, products, and personalized attention invested in each appointment, we do not offer refunds on any services. Please note: • If you are not satisfied with your service before leaving the salon, we will gladly make adjustments to address your concerns. • Once you leave the salon and express that you are happy with your service, the sale is considered final and no refunds or redos will be offered. • Redos are only available during your visit and must be discussed with your stylist before you check out.
